The Save My Care bus joined local lawmakers, health care professionals and advocates and impacted families in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Monday, January 23rd 2017.
In Pittsburgh, we heard from Melanie Austin, a pediatrician in Pittsburgh from Doctors for America, who shared stories of how she has seen her patients lives improved because of the Affordable Care Act.

We also heard from Chelsea Wagner, Allegheny County Controller, who discussed the economic impact of repealing the ACA:
“More than 39,000 Allegheny County residents are enrolled in the marketplace…This is an economic issue in more ways than one. Healthcare is the largest industry in Allegheny County.” -AC Controller Wagner
